Guava Pulp

We sell two of the most popular guavas varieties-the the White Guava pulp and the Pink Guava pulp. The processing is conducted under most hygienic conditions, in order to obtain the guava extract. Our sweet-flavored guava extract is packed with health benefits, goodness, and freshness oodles. As one of the leading suppliers of guava pulp, we keep the purity of our processed guava products. To do so, using a polyliner of different weights, the pulp is packed into an aseptic bag of international quality in the container. The packaging process is carried out in an entirely sterile environment to maintain the quality of the guava pulp, which our in-house team tests at all times.

Guava is used in the manufacture of guava fruit juice, guava juices, nectars, snacks, fruit bars, desserts, and jams as pureed concentrates and pulp. The high pectin content in guavas makes them an excellent ingredient to make cookies, cakes, jellies, jams, marmalades, and juices.

  • Taste: Typical to Guava

  • Acidity (as Citric Acid): 0.4 to 0.55 % W/W

  • pH: 3.5 to 4.0

  • Preservative: Absent

  • Flavor: Natural Flavor

  • Storage: Store in cool condition and avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Ideal storage temperature 4 – 8º C

  • Total Soluble Solid (TSS) at 20°C: 8 to 10° Brix
